About me personally:
When I’m not working, I am a mother to 2 wonderful humans, a wife, daughter, sister and friend who loves to walk, read, cook (LOVE cooking!) and generally just living a slow mindful life! When I had children I made it my mission to be healthy and that when I die, it won’t be from anything that I could have prevented. So, I don’t drink alcohol and I live a very clean life. I teach others to develop healthy habits and do the same at Inner Freedom Living.
